Summer Street Capital Partners, LLC
In
1998, Longmeadow Capital co-founded and became the largest private
investor in Summer Street Capital Partners Fund I, L.P., a Small
Business Investment Company. Together with a second fund dedicated to
investment in New York State, Summer Street Capital had a total capital
commitments of nearly $100 million.
Both
funds sought to make mezzanine and/or preferred equity investments in
later-stage, middle market companies with revenue between $10 million
to $50 million.
Status: Until 2004,
principals at Longmeadow Capital were involved in the investment and
fund management activities of Summer Street Capital.
